Randall L. Soileau
Director of Defense Acquisition & Technology for MTSI
Mr. Soileau is the Director of Defense Acquisition & Technology for MTSI, a 100% employee-owned engineering services and technology solutions company addressing defense, security, and the Nation’s most technically challenging strategic problems. In this position, he is responsible for a portfolio of contracts supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the F-35 program, and advanced programs for the Navy. He also serves as the Program Manager for a $250 million effort involving intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance programs.
Prior to joining MTSI, Mr. Soileau served in the United States Air Force attaining the rank of colonel before retiring from active duty in 2001. Over the course of his career, Mr. Soileau was involved in the research, development, and acquisition of systems for the Nation’s war fighters.
Mr. Soileau earned an MS degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, an MS degree in Systems Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette.
Mr. Soileau is a member of the MTSI Charitable Giving Committee supporting multiple charities including American VetDogs. He also supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and other charitable organizations advocating for hunger relief and the humane treatment of animals.
Mr. Soileau resides in Bryantown, MD.
