William A. Van Blarcum, Esq.

Bill is joining the Einstein School Foundation as the Executive Director.  Bill joins the Foundation after 30 plus years of corporate, business, and management experience in leading large legal teams in structuring, negotiating and closing complex transactions in highly complex and regulated markets. Bill has comprehensive and extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial, Federal/State and Local Government marketplace and was an integral member of business management team responsible for developing and executing business and legal strategy in a 20 billion dollar annual organization.  He has experienced and successful working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing a wide variety of complex transactions. Bill served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at HP Enterprise Services and currently is providing consulting services through WAVB Consulting LLC.

 

United States Military Service.
Bill additionally served on active duty and in the reserves as a Judge Advocate with the United States Navy, achieving the rank of Captain.  Bill retired from the United States Navy in 2017 after more than 32 years of service to our country.
